On behalf of the IaHIMA Board and the Nominating Committee, thank you to everyone who submitted nominations and voted. We appreciate your participation in the election process. Please join us in congratulating and welcoming our new and returning board members.

Below are the results of the election:

• Nominating Committee: Stacy Oakland, RHIT

• Advocacy Director: Gayla Smith, RHIT

Each will serve a 2-year term beginning in June 2025.

IaHIMA holds Board member elections every year following an open recommendation and nomination process. We encourage everyone to participate as a great way to be involved with your state association.
