We would like to invite you to the Iowa Health Information Management Association Annual Meeting on April 11 – 12, 2024, at the Prairie Meadows Hotel and Casino in Altoona, IA. We invite exhibitors to join us to showcase their knowledge and network with IaHIMA members from across the state.

We have limited availability for in-person booth space. Virtual booths will also be available. See details below.

In-Person Booth Fee
Cost: $500

Registration includes the following:

  • Breakfast and lunch for 2 representatives
  • Table and 2 chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Electricity
  • Recognition in the Welcome PowerPoint
  • List of meeting attendees (opt-in attendees)
  • Free meeting registration for 2 representatives (with CEUs)

Virtual Exhibitors
Cost: $200

Can’t attend the meeting in person? No problem! We want you to be part of our meeting! We can keep your company in front of our attendees with Virtual Exhibitor Booth.

A Virtual Exhibitor sends brochures, pamphlets, and company swag that will be added to every attendee’s meeting gift bag. We also will share a recorded demo on your behalf on our meeting webpage for up to 30 days after the event. We encourage giveaways/drawings that can be displayed and available for the day of the meeting or if you would rather not send your giveaway/drawing prize and would prefer to ship it yourself to the winner, just let us know when you register. We will be happy to display a picture and description of the item for you.

Cancellations

Cancellation of in-person booths with transfer to a virtual exhibitor. No refunds will be given for in-person or virtual exhibitors.

Shipping, Electrical, Labor

Electricity is included with your booth. During the registration process, please indicate if you will need electricity in your booth. Also you are responsible for ordering additional services such as extra equipment, freight handling, and labor. We will provide a representative contact upon request for the conference center for additional services indicated in your registration.

Registration

Exhibitor Registration will close at 11:59 PM CT on April 1, 2024.

Onsite exhibitor registration will not be available.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you register – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
